My family are very sorry to learn of the passing of former Formby Councillor Barry Griffiths. Barry and his wife Norma cared greatly about Formby and it's residents and Barry was an excellent councillor for many years, he was the heart of Formby. Childcare was also very central in Norma's life. Barry strongly supported and worked with us on our campaign to return urgent care facilities back to Southport hospital along with many other campaigns. Rip Barry you will be greatly missed. Norma and you are now back together. Condolences to your family. xx
