At Ascend Taekwondo, we want girls to know that being strong isn't about being the toughest person in the room. It's about believing in yourself, having confidence, knowing your worth and being brave enough to step outside your comfort zone.

You might look pretty and soft… but don't underestimate what you're capable of. 🥋✨

That’s why we have a dedicated adult class designed with the adult body in mind.

You’re not expected to train like a 20-year-old or keep up with the kids! 😂

Our classes focus on fitness, flexibility, confidence, technique and learning at your own pace.
If your super fit we will push you if your I injured we work with you,
