Cuspair an là: Dathan!

Dh’ ionnsaich sinn faclan airson dathan an diugh! Rinn sinn bailiùnaichean ioma-dhathach ‘s bha tòrr spòrs againn le fìor bhailiunaichean cuideachd!

Today’s topic: Colours!

We learned words for colours today! We made multi-coloured ballooons and we had lots of fun with real balloons too!

Cuspair an la: Beathaichean!
Today’s topic: Animals!

Today we read Dear Zoo, learned animal words, sang animals songs and all made a wildlife inspired headpiece! Followed by plenty of play and snacks of course!

Will we see you next week?! We’re in the ‘adult learning’ community room at Forfar Community Campus 10-11:45 each Monday, term time. Come and join us for the full session, or just part of it… whatever works for you!

It was great to see so many of our Gaelic families come along to our event at Murton Farm’s tipi last Sunday! Unfortunately we were all too busy having fun to remember to take any photos!

A firm favourite was the mud kitchen! We also had lots of fun with playdough, hand printing and outdoor games….& the Gaelic treasure hunt finishing with bananas & chocolate on a camp fire was the perfect way to end a fun morning!

Taing dhan a h-uile duine airson tighinn!

We have some exciting news to share!

19/08/2026

Join us on Monday at Forfar Community Campus for a lively Gaelic Bookbug session starting at 10:15 in the community room (follow the Bookbug signs to find us!). If you fancy staying on for our Gaelic playgroup (‘Cluich’) after, we’ll have toys, something crafty, snacks and a bit more singing on offer. There’s a suggested donation of £1 for the playgroup part but the Bookbug session at the start is free (as always!). We’d love to see you there!
