With summer fast approaching, we are now welcoming applications for 2-5 year old children to attend our friendly playgroup from August 2026.

We offer flexible sessions with half, extended and full days available up to 30 hours per week over 5 days.

Funded and unfunded places are available for eligible children.

We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly playgroup here in Forfar to cover maternity leave starting early November.
This is to cover to the end of the 24/25 term year with the possibility to extend.

Working full time, term time, you will be a key member of our team who will have a passion and enthusiasm for working with children.

Candidates should be qualified to SVQ or NVQ level 3 in Childcare, HNC or equivalent and be prepared to register with SSSC and be a member of PVG Scheme.

🌟🌟MOTHERGOOSE PLAYGROUP RACE NIGHT🌟🌟

It’s a pleasure to announce that we raised a huge £1547.50 for the race night 👏🏼🌟👏🏼
An absolutely fantastic figure and an amount that will go a long way for the playgroup 🙌🏼

This race night would not have been possible without the help of the community.
We’d like start by saying a huge thank you to Strathmore Rugby Club for the use of the club and all the help setting up for the night. An ideal location for any event you’re thinking of having 🍻
