Last week, the one millionth learner shared their training experience through Coursecheck.

That's one million independent, verified reviews, each linked to a specific course and submitted by a learner who attended it.

It's a milestone we're incredibly proud to reach, but those one million reviews represent much more than a number.

They're one million opportunities for learners to have their say. One million opportunities for training providers to understand what's working, identify where they can improve and demonstrate the quality of their training.

And together, they've created a fascinating picture of how the learner experience has evolved.

We've been digging into the data and have uncovered some interesting trends, from rising course ratings, the evolution of virtual training and the role of the trainer.

We'll be sharing what we've found in a new insights report next month.

For now, a huge thank you to every Coursecheck customer who has made learner feedback part of the way they work, and every learner who has taken the time to share their experience.

What happens when learner feedback becomes more than just a tick-box exercise?
