He’s Only 17 — Watch Will Turn Practice Into Progress! 🎨🔥

Will’s back at it — this time getting to work with the roller as part of his Foundation Trade Readiness Programme (FTRP).

Every roll is another bit of experience gained. At just 17, he’s putting in the effort, learning practical painting and decorating skills and taking another step towards his future. 💪👏

This is what learning a trade looks like — getting stuck in, practising and improving. 🎨
