After over indulging during Christmas and getting into the over relaxed state of pure laziness the 2nd of January it was back to normality but omg how unfit you can become and the strength you loose in just a few weeks WOW day 1 was brutal .
After only 2 weeks back you notice how quickly you get back to your normal fitter self.
