This year in Ivory Coast Class we have been working on a project about our surroundings. We have completed research, found a focus area of our chosen topic within our surroundings, and planned what we would like to make. Some of the themes of our work include movie characters and posters, football kit design, sports photography and design, paintings of nature and transport. It has been so lovely to see each pupil create and complete an individual project which represents their own interests. 🌟

🎉 Number Day – Wednesday 20th May 2026 🛍️
Beacon Bargains opened its doors at 9am, and what a day it was!
63 pupils from Zone 1 visited the shop, putting their functional Maths into action while building valuable life skills in shopping and retail.
It was fantastic to see our young learners having so much fun, learning through play, and enjoying new experiences together. 💙
Although the shop officially closed at 3pm, it was so popular that it stayed open for the rest of the term! This gave even more pupils the chance to get involved, shop, and experience working in retail. ✨
