A fantastic harvest from our new potatoes! 🥔

The Investigators have loved watching them grow and were equally excited to be digging them up this week! We harvested over 40 potatoes! 😱

Our gardens are looking beautiful! 🌱

In our Baby & Toddler Garden, we’ve added some geraniums and broad beans for our littlest children to watch grow! 🌺

Our Adventurers Garden is bursting with strawberries, sweetcorn, runner beans, tomatoes and basil, alongside some bright geraniums. They also have wildflowers and cosmos growing for bees to enjoy. 🌽

Meanwhile, our Investigators Garden has its very own food patch filled with runner beans, peppers, sweetcorn, tomatoes, basil and strawberries, with peas growing happily near the kitchen window too! We also have a HUGE bag of potato’s that we will soon be able to dig up! 🥔 (Which is VERY exciting)

Our explorers had a ROAR-some day with some messy play tuff trays made by our amazing Amy and Jenny! 🦖

Our butterflies have flown the nest! 🦋

We have loved looking after them over the last month and watching their incredible transformation from caterpillars to butterflies. The children have enjoyed observing each stage of the life cycle and learning all about how they grow and change.

It was so exciting to see them spread their wings and take flight, and we loved being part of their little journeys🥰

Another lovely visit to our friends at Wells House Nursing Home 💛

This time we painted flower pots, sang songs together, and shared lots of special moments with the residents ✨

The nursery celebrated World Earth Day last week 🌍

Our Adventurers especially had a great time getting stuck into messy play and crafts, exploring ways to care for the world around us 🌿
