Congratulations to our juniors that were selected for gradings at the start of summer.

This was a hard day, last day of school with some competing in their sports day. The gradings were later in the evening with some tested for over 2.5hrs!

They performed well under pressure and all exceeded the expectations of the instructors conducting the assessments.

Our KravJunior international program has some great new enhancements coming for late 2026 and continues to be popular and successful with our young Kravists.

Heat Wave friendly classes all week!

Due to the forecasted heatwave we have prepared ‘heat wave friendly’ classes all week.

Focusing on principles and technical ability.

Starting tonight with a special class that includes post actions on acid attacks.

KravFit! The heavy bag Krav Maga Fitness Session. Taking the strikes, blocks, and principles of Authentic Krav Maga and putting them into a 1 hour hard core heavy bag workout!
