Greenfields Nursery are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Practitioner – Early Years SENCO to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting children to achieve their full potential while helping lead and develop our SEND provision, systems and support processes within the nursery.

📍 Role: Lead Practitioner – Early Years SENCO
📅 3 Days Per Week
📚 Term Time Only

The successful candidate will:

• Lead and develop the nursery SEND provision and support systems
• Support children with additional needs through inclusive practice
• Work closely with practitioners, parents and outside agencies
• Help create a nurturing, positive and supportive learning environment
• Support staff with strategies and guidance around SEND needs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of practice

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Has experience within Early Years and SEND support
• Holds relevant SENCO training or is willing to complete this within the first few months of employment
• Is organised, proactive and passionate about supporting children and families
• Can confidently work as part of a strong team environment
• Has a positive attitude and strong communication skills

All appointments will be subject to references, enhanced DBS checks and safer recruitment procedures in line with safeguarding requirements.

Do you have an early years qualification and looking for a few hours to 15+ hours per week ?

We are looking for staff to work in our nursery and after school club at Sandgate school.

You MUST be qualified in early years and have some experience of working with children in the past year.

New Position - After School Club Supervisor
We are looking for someone who has an early years qualification and experience of working with children 4-11 years to supervise our new after school club a short walk away from Sandgate school. You will be fully supported by our area manager. Term-time only hours can be between 3 and 6pm Monday to Friday.

We are looking for after school club assistants to work at our after school club at greenfields nursery and our new provision at St George’s church both serving children of Sandgate primary ages 4-11 years.

You ideally will have a early years/ playwork qualification and at least 1 year of working with children .

Hours are 3.00- 6.00pm 2-5 days a week term time
only.
