Youโve probably heard the phrase โmindset is everything,โ and while it might sound like an exaggeration, it's kind of true.
Mindset isnโt the only thing that matters, but it plays a huge role in your success.
Think of mindset as ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฑ๐ผ. It shapes how you approach challenges, setbacks, and opportunities.
With the right mindset, youโre more likely to stay focused, discplined, and find solutions when things get tough.
But itโs not just about thinking positively.
You still need skills, resources, and action to succeed.

Stop saying things like:
"I'll try to be there on time"
"I'll try to eat less"
"I'll try to get it done by Friday"
๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ "๐๐ฟ๐" ๐ถ๐ ๐ฎ ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฒ๐
๐ฐ๐๐๐ฒ. The thing you're going to "try" isn't important. It doesn't matter if it doesn't get done.
Trouble is - trying to do something can make you look like you don't care.
If you say - I'll try to get there for 7 - to someone, it gives the impression that being on time or making the other person wait, isn't important to you.
Also "๐๐ฟ๐" ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐'๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐ด๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ ๐ด๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ฌ%.
It gives you a get out of jail free, "I tried but..."
If you want something, do it - to the best of your ability.
๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ณ๐๐น๐น ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป.
If you don't know how, ask or Google it.
This used to be me. I've "tried" and given up many times. This behaviour stopped when I saw it wasn't worked and used a different approach.
A simple ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ. I stopped using "try."
I used other words to state my intention:
"The report will be on your desk by 9am Friday."
"I'll be there on time"
"I'll meditate for 5 minutes this morning"
๐๐ผ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฎ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ:
Consciously stop yourself when you're about to say "try."
And notice the difference.
We all know people who've settled for a level of despair they can cope with and call it happiness. That's not you, is it?
