Classes in Folkestone and Hythe venues are full for the coming term. There are however a few places remaining on the Zoom class Friday morning 9:15-10am. This session includes strengthening and stretching, Qigong and Form work.

A fabulous CHINESE NEW YEAR celebration in Hythe this Sunday. Wonderful food and great company. We had Qigong for all, a couple of demos of sword and form, the opportunity to try Calligraphy and Go, and of course our annual Tai Chi Quiz.
