Another grading weekend - it was tough for sure but worth it.
Nothing is given always earned.

What is Tough Maga ?
Tough Maga is a high octane military style obstacle course with around 40 obstacles to navigate through over 1 or 2 kilometres.
On top of that you will be briefed and trained on a number of easy to apply military Krav Maga Self-Defence and combat techniques that you will need to perform under stress and fatigue whilst undertaking the course.
What is Tougher Maga ?
A 4km, tougher course including new obstacles and of course a few extra surprises.
Tougher Maga will be the ultimate test of fitness and focus!
