As part of her options group, our learner has chosen to be in the games group. She is taking a leadership role by being in charge of planning and organising the games for this week. She has lead multiple games, explaining the rules and ensuring fairness for the whole session. Well done, you have shown great initiative and confidence in leading your group today!

“Since joining the Beacon Plus, my son has made new friends and grown in confidence. He looks forward to going to college and is able to build his CV through work experience placements. He feels well supported by the staff and the curriculum, which also includes wellbeing and life skills. He has never been so happy in education as he has at this setting. He feels that he has found his people.”
