Your anxiety is real. But itâs not permanent.
Youâve tried the breathing apps. The journaling.
Youâve read the books. Booked the sessions.
Youâve told yourself to âjust calm downâ more times than you can count.
And yetâŠ
Youâre still waking up with a racing heart.
Youâre still holding your breath through conversations.
Youâre still building your life around the fear of it happening again.
The social anxiety.
The overthinking spiral.
The exhaustion of living in a body that feels like itâs stuck in âalert.â
But what if your anxiety isnât something youâre meant to tolerate forever?
What if you could actually change it?
And what if that change didnât take months, but minutes to begin?
INTRODUCING: THE SERENITY SESSION
90 minutes. ÂŁ111. One conversation that changes everything.
This isnât therapy.
Itâs not a course.
Itâs not a fluffy mindset coaching call that tells you to âjust think positive.â
This is a 1:1, deep-focus, nervous systemâattuned session where we strip back the noise and get to the root.
Hereâs what happens:
-You bring your anxiety - no masking, no sugarcoating.
-I help you decode what itâs really trying to say.
-You leave knowing exactly what your system needs to shift - today, not 12 weeks from now.
We stay on the call until you have clarity.
No timer pressure. No loose ends. No guesswork.
This is the session you book when youâve tried everything⊠and itâs still not working.
When you donât want a new technique. You want your power back.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
-You feel like your anxiety is ruining your relationships, opportunities, or confidence.
-Youâve done âthe workâ but still feel like somethingâs unresolved.
-You want a tangible breakthrough, not vague advice.
-Youâre tired of googling âhow to fix my anxietyâ at 1AM.

I published the first episode of my new podcast this week. đ
Itâs about untangling anxiety and finding peace and happiness.
You can listen for free on Apple, Spotify, and Substack.

I hope you like it đ
Anxiety is not always what it seems.
You might think youâre overreacting.
You might think your fears are irrational.
But thereâs often something deeper underneath.
Say you canât find your hairbrush.
You get stressed out and run around trying to find it, like itâs the most important thing in the world.
On the surface it might seem like a silly reason, but if you look underneath itâs often more than that.
It could be:
If I donât find it, I canât get ready
I canât go out like this
I need to leave in 15 minutes
If Iâm late, I could lose my job
Losing the hairbrush seems like the trigger but thatâs just whatâs on the surface.
The real reason is whatâs underneath.
Anxiety can hide under little triggers and seem irrational until you look under the surface and see whatâs underneath.
Thatâs when it starts to make sense.
If youâd like help with this, Iâve got something coming this week.

When anxiety creeps in, try asking yourself, âwhat do I need right now?â
Not tomorrow. Not next week.
Right now.
Sometimes the smallest shift in attention - back to yourself, back to this moment, is exactly what helps you feel steady again.

If I could go back in timeâŠ
I was reminded of a TV show I used to watch as a kid where a scientist used to go back in time to âput right what once went wrongâ and change the past.
I started thinking, if I could go back to when I was struggling with anxiety, what would I do differently?
A couple things came up initially, but after thinking about this some more I realised it didnât go wrong, it went right.
It wasnât easy but what I learned from the experience was so beneficial, I wouldnât change it.
It was a growth period, a learning period. It was hard, but it was worthwhile. Iâm stronger because of the anxiety.
If I could go back, I actually wouldnât change anything.
What I would do is give myself a big hug and say
âYouâre doing amazing. Youâre going to be more than fine. Iâm so proud of you. Youâre a badass.â
If youâre going through it right now, I want to remind you that it wonât last forever and thereâs growth and strength to be found on the other side.
Youâre amazing. Youâre strong. Youâre going to get through this and Iâm proud of you.
You donât have to go through this alone. Iâm here to support you.

Journal Prompt for Anxiety
Describe your breathing in as much detail as possible.
If you would like more cues:
Is your breath shallow or deep?
How fast or slow does it feel?
Does it have a rhythm?
Where in your body can you feel your breath?
Can you hear any sounds as you breathe?
How does your body react as you inhale and exhale (do your shoulders rise, does your stomach expand)?
What sensations do you feel as the air moves in and out?
Can you notice any temperature difference between your inhale and exhale?
If you pause between breaths, how does the in between moment feel?
If your breath was a colour, what would it be?
Happy journaling đ
