🌿 **Turner Schools Green Action Community Day 2026** 🌿

Our pupils and staff went above and beyond on Thursday for this year's 💚Turner Schools Green Action Community Day💚, making a real difference across our local communities.

With a focus on sustainability and environmental action, pupils from across the Trust took part in a fantastic range of activities. From litter picking and creating inspiring art installations to delivering bird feeders and water-saving packs to local residents, as well as sharing food and plants, they demonstrated kindness, creativity and a real commitment to caring for our environment.

A huge thank you to our incredible staff ⭐for their dedication and enthusiasm in creating unique and inspiring opportunities for our young people, all centred around taking positive green action.

We also hope everyone who visited 🎵The Goods Yard 🎭at Folkestone Harbour Arm enjoyed the wonderful performances, poetry and films showcasing our pupils' creativity and passion for protecting our planet. Thank you to the team who supported the event!

Finally, a very special thank you to 💜Folkestone & Hythe District Council💜 for their Green Grant, which made this fantastic day possible.

As the school year comes to an end, today we say goodbye to our amazing Year 6 children as they leave Morehall Primary and begin their exciting journey to secondary school.

It has been a privilege to watch you grow in confidence, kindness and resilience throughout your time with us. You have made wonderful memories, achieved so much, and left your mark on the Morehall family.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you and know that you will go on to achieve great things.

Good luck in your next adventure – be brave, believe in yourselves, and never stop reaching for your dreams. We wish you every success and happiness for the future.

We’re delighted to invite our community to join us at The Goods Yard on the Folkestone Harbour Arm on Thursday 16th July, from 2:00pm–4:00pm, as we celebrate our Green Action Community Day.

🎨Taking place this Wednesday!!🎨 Join us at our annual Creative Arts Exhibition showcasing artwork by pupils from all schools within the Turner Schools Trust.

The exhibition will showcase a diverse range of artwork created by students from all schools within the Turner Schools Trust. Inspired by the theme Roots, the exhibition explores ideas of identity, heritage, community, nature, growth, and belonging through a variety of artistic mediums.

This event provides a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our pupils' achievements, meet members of our school communities, and enjoy an inspiring collection of creative work.

Some of our Year 3 and Year 4 children enjoyed an exciting trip to the Stour Centre for a fantastic multi-sports day!

Throughout the day, the children took part in a variety of fun sporting activities, developing their teamwork, coordination, and confidence while trying out different sports. It was wonderful to see everyone encouraging one another, getting active, and having so much fun.
