Our 100% Attendance Club!

On Friday Mrs Storton and Mrs Parker whisked our pupils who attended school every day this year for a McFlurry at McDonald’s.

Next year, we want to take even more children!
As always, we will continue to celebrate our pupils who have improved attendance too!

🏏 Local Cricket Finals – 3rd Place 🥉

Our brilliant girls' team played amazingly in the local finals and should be incredibly proud of what they achieved!

At the start of the season, almost every player was just beginning to learn how to bowl and bat. The progress they've made has been incredible, and their fielding throughout the finals was outstanding.

The girls gave absolutely everything, winning against three local teams and narrowly losing to two others. Every single player contributed with runs, wickets, and some fantastic fielding, showing what a true team effort it was.

We are so proud of their determination, teamwork, and positive attitude. They missed out on second place by just a few runs, but finishing 3rd is a fantastic achievement and a testament to how far they've come this season.

Well done, girls—you've all been amazing! 🌟🏏

Finally, a massive thank you to Wyre and Fylde School Sports Partnership’s Lee Caddy for organising, Thornton Cricket Club for hosting and the pupils from Milfield for umpiring! Good luck to Breck School in the next round!

We are so proud of our wonderful KS1 dance team! They danced their hearts out at the Wyre Bookfest dance festival 💜

We are incredibly proud of our Boys School Cricket team! Finishing the tournament with 2 wins and 2 losses! The boys showcased some amazing fielding and brilliant bowling throughout the competition. Unfortunately, we just couldn't quite score enough runs against the two strongest teams to secure progression.

A huge well done to Baines Endowed Primary School Thornton and Stanah Primary School for qualifying for the next round – we wish you the very best of luck! Thank you to Lee Cadwallader from Wyre and Fylde School Sports Partnership for organising and running the event and the pupils from Cardinal Allen Catholic High School for umpiring!

Most importantly, congratulations to our team for their determination, teamwork, and outstanding performances. You represented the school brilliantly! 👏💜🏏

Today, children and Staff from St Mary's Catholic Primary School joined us to celebrate Mass with Fr Stephen Talbutt to launch the diocesan “Year of Listening,” as directed by Bishop Paul Swarbrick. As the two Catholic primary schools in Fleetwood, this special gathering provided an opportunity to strengthen our shared mission and reflect together on how we are called to live out the Gospel in our everyday lives.
