Hart Leisure Centre This brand-new, multi-million pound leisure centre features the very latest facilities that will help you achieve all your fitness goals.

A modern hub with a 114-station gym, 25 m & learner pools, four group fitness studios, sauna & steam, 8-court sports hall, soft play, café, and accessible facilities. These facilities include a 130-station gym that’s packed with all the latest kit, while the two swimming pools are absolutely perfect for swimmers of all abilities, while we host a variety of other aquatic activities in them too. We’ve also got a climbing wall, outdoor 3G football pitches and four group exercise studios that play host to a range of different classes. Meanwhile, we’ve also got a versatile sports hall and a health suite that includes a sauna and steam room.

Restart a Heart Day ❤️

What would you do if someone suddenly collapsed and stopped breathing?

Knowing how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator could help save a life. That’s why this Restart a Heart Day, we’re supporting the campaign to help more people feel confident learning these potentially lifesaving skills.

As a leisure community, we’re proud to play our part in raising awareness and helping people understand that you don’t have to be a medical professional to make a difference.

Take a few minutes to learn the basics. You never know when you might need them.

🏆 MEMBER OF THE MONTH – TONY 🏆

Tony has been coming to Hart Leisure Centre for almost two years, working with Personal Trainer Sam.

Tony is one of the biggest motorsport fans you’ll meet and avidly follows 4-wheel formulas like Formula 1 and 2-wheel competitions like MotoGP. Tony has also driven around famous tracks such as the Nürburgring and Spa-Francorchamps. 🏎️🏁

During his time at Hart, Tony has significantly improved his lower- and upper-body strength, more than doubling his weight on some exercises.

Tony hardly ever misses a session, and it is this dedication, alongside his impressive progressions, month after month, that has rightfully earned him Member of the Month.
