Booking for our brand new Autumn Term is open NOW!

Our term starts on the 7th September and we would love to welcome both new families and those returning for another term! We have 7 weeks to look forward to, filled with fun and magic, including themes such as….

This term also INCLUDES our beautiful Baby Pumpkin session which is one of our absolute favourites! 🎃

Our spaces are limited, so if you would like to join us please book as soon as possible to secure your preferred class!

We are preparing for our Superheroes adventure this week in our next summer session! Get ready to fly through the skies, save the sun and use our superhero powers 🦸🏻‍♀️ If you want to dress your babies (or yourselves!) for the occasion there will be plenty of photo opportunities!

Just a reminder that school aged children are welcome to sit with you and your baby but toddlers and preschoolers are unable to join us due to health and safety reasons. Our classes are fully booked so we are likely to be busy - if you are bringing a guest please be aware that one of you may need to sit to the side to ensure there is plenty of room for everyone around the sensory area. For this weeks Summer Holiday Mini Term session we have Summer Splash! 💦

We’ll be climbing a sand dune, meeting some happy fish and having a little splash of our own! Don’t forget to bring a towel or muslin to dry your baby’s feet with!

It’s the first sessions of our Summer Holiday Mini Term this week and we are kicking off the fun with Best of Britain! 🇬🇧

We are looking forward to seeing so many of you for a jam packed hour full of fun! We’ll be beating our drums to the changing of the guard, enjoying a picnic and taking trip down the Thames!

No classes this week - we are on our summer holidays! We look forward to seeing those of you booked on to our Summer Holiday Mini Term on the 27th July, 4th August and 19th August. After that, our new term starts week beginning the 7th of September so don’t forget to book your space!

We’ve had an emotional week here at Baby Sensory Fleet! Not only was it our last week of the summer term, it was also a week of saying goodbye to some of our graduating babies!

We’ve had an absolute blast with you all this term. We had some of our favourite sessions and it’s been wonderful to see your babies every single week.

Thank you to everyone for all the love and support you’ve given us this week. Your reviews have meant the world to us as well. If you didn’t get a chance to sign our memory book, please feel free to email Viv and she will write it in for you. Every review helps to make our classes the best that they can be and we love reading them too!

The Summer months can often bring heatwaves and much higher temperatures.

It is even more important to be aware of regular feeds and/or fluid intake for your child. Babies and young children are much more likely to become dehydrated than adults because they lose fluid more quickly. The key is to recognise the danger signs early and to offer fluids straight away.

Symptoms of dehydration in babies may include dry nappies, a sunken soft spot on the front of the head (fontanel) and inconsolable crying. Constipation, dark urine, sunken eyes, lethargy and no tears when crying, are common signs in children.

If you are concerned is is important to contact a health professional as soon as possible.
