Encouragement:
In these extraordinary times for humanity we are being challenged to confront and cope with manifold threats to our wellbeing. So much lacks certainty around us. It is precisely at these times that we must rely upon our own and personal resources and abilities to help us surf these waves of uncertainty and anxiety. Any practice that promotes and cultivates personal wellbeing is a practice worth investing in. It has been our long held belief that the practice of Tai Chi is such a path that leads an individual to access their own reserves of strength and ability.
May we conclude by encouraging you to share with friends the details of our courses. If they enquire as to the benefits of Tai Chi practice, relate to them this old Chinese proverb:-
‘In stillness be like the pine.
In movement be like clouds and water.’
To further develop a wider audience we will throughout this festive season be posting some insights into tai chi and the related practices of Qigong (chi gong) and other Daoists philosophies and practice.
See my page.

Lizzy and I wish you all a Happy and Peaceful Christmas. See you in 2022.
Gordon
