🤍 MUM & BABY YOGA SOLD OUT! 🤍

I’m absolutely delighted that my brand new Mum & Baby Yoga + Motherhood Circle has now completely SOLD OUT before we’ve even had our first class! ✨

Just six mums and their babies, in the most beautiful, cosy little space.

Our 90 minutes together will be about so much more than yoga. We’ll move gently, reconnect with our postnatal bodies, enjoy movement with our babies and then slow everything down for tea, feeding, cuddles and time to chat and connect with other mums ☕️🤍

Babies can simply be babies here.

Because I want to keep the group small and personal, I won’t be adding any more spaces to this class.

BUT… I’m now opening a WAITING LIST. 👀

If you’d love to join us, please don’t be put off because this class is full. Join the waiting list and you’ll be the first to hear about any spaces that become available 🌿

💌 Comment BABY below or message me “BABY YOGA” and I’ll add you to the priority waiting list.

I honestly can’t wait to get started. 🤍

Mum & Baby Yoga + Motherhood Circle

A little space in the week for you, as well as your baby.

I’m so excited to be bringing Mum & Baby Yoga back this October, in the most beautiful, calm new space.

This isn’t a class where you need to worry about your baby crying, needing a feed, a cuddle or a nappy change. Babies are allowed to be babies here.

We’ll spend the first part of our time together enjoying gentle postnatal yoga for you, movement and yoga with baby, relaxation and time to reconnect with your body.

And then… we’re not rushing home.

We’ll put the kettle on and spend the rest of our 90 minutes together over tea, feeding babies, chatting, making friends and sharing the reality of new motherhood.

✨ 90-minute Mum & Baby Yoga + Motherhood Circle

Small, intimate group maximum 6 mums.

🍃 Tea & time to connect included
🍃 Beautiful, peaceful cabin

Birth comes in waves.

At first, they may feel small…
a tightening, a change, a sense that something is beginning.

And then, gradually, the waves build.

They become stronger.
Deeper.
More powerful.

But just like the sea, every wave has a beginning…
a peak…
and an end.

You don’t have to fight the wave.

You can breathe with it.
Move with it.
Work with your body as it rises…
and then soften as it passes.

And you don’t have to navigate those waves alone.

As your doula, I’m there beside you.

Reminding you to breathe.
Helping you find positions that work with your body.
Protecting the space around you.
Keeping you connected to your choices when everything feels intense.

I can’t control the sea.

And I can’t promise exactly how your birth will unfold.

But I can be there beside you…

To ride those waves with you

🌿 A new home for Pregnancy Yoga… and we start next week! 🤍

I’m so excited to welcome you to my beautiful new venue at WI Hall, Crookham Village, from next Tuesday.

Yes, we move and stretch l, but we also talk birth, practise breathing and Hypnobirthing techniques, explore biomechanics and positioning, and finish with time to properly switch off and relax.

It’s 75 minutes each week just for you and your pregnancy, surrounded by other women at the same stage of life 🤍

And I’m keeping it small — just 10 spaces so it still feels like the supportive women’s circle I love.

🌿 Tuesdays 6:30–7:45pm
🌿 WI Hall, The Street, Crookham Village
🌿 Plenty of free parking
🌿 £15 per class or £75 for 6 classes

✨ More than yoga.

Pregnancy is a time of enormous change — physically, emotionally and mentally. And sometimes, what you need most is a space where you can simply slow down, breathe and feel supported.

My small, intimate pregnancy yoga classes are designed to help you:

🤎 Move gently and confidently with your changing body
🤎 Learn breathing, relaxation and hypnobirthing techniques
🤎 Explore movement and positions that can support you in labour
🤎 Understand more about your options and prepare for birth
🤎 Ask questions, share experiences and connect with other mums-to-be

With just six spaces, these aren’t large, impersonal classes. They’re a little weekly pocket of time that’s just for you and your baby.

And because I’m a doula, hypnobirthing teacher and pregnancy yoga teacher, birth preparation naturally becomes part of our time together.

Thursdays | 6.30–7.45pm
📍 Balance & Breathe Yoga Studio
£15 per class | 6-class pass £75

✨ Move with intention. Breathe with trust. Prepare for birth.

If you’re looking for pregnancy yoga that offers a little more than movement, I’d love to welcome you. 🤎

Message me to reserve one of the six spaces or book via my website.

I was setting up for pregnancy yoga and found myself doing exactly what I teach my clients…

Instead of getting flustered, rushing or feeling overwhelmed, I slowed my breathing, relaxed my shoulders and tackled one tiny knot at a time.

That’s Hypnobirthing.

It’s never been about “just breathing”. It’s about understanding what happens when we feel stressed, knowing how to calm our nervous system, and making decisions from a place of confidence instead of panic.

Those are skills you’ll use in labour… but you’ll probably find yourself using them long after your baby is here too.

If you’re expecting a baby and want practical tools that genuinely make a difference, I’d love to help.

Things Your Doula Wants You to Know… about using your senses 🤍

One of the techniques we practise in my Pregnancy Yoga and Hypnobirthing classes is creating anchors.

An anchor is something familiar that helps you reconnect with a feeling of calm, safety and confidence.

One of the easiest ways to create anchors is through your senses.

✨Sight
Soft lighting, low lights, candles, fairy lights, light protector, affirmations, and photos of the people you love.

✨Sound
A playlist of your favourite songs, positive affirmations, breathing exercises or the reassuring voice of someone you trust.

✨Touch
Holding your birth partner’s hand, gentle massage, a cosy blanket or simply feeling supported.

✨Smell
A favourite hand cream, essential oils, a familiar scent like your own pillow.

The more we practise these during pregnancy, the more familiar they become. During labour, they can gently help you reconnect with a feeling of calm when you need it most.

Birth isn’t about creating the “perfect” environment.

It’s about discovering what helps you feel safe, comfortable and supported.

What helps you feel calm? I’d love to hear in the comments.
