🍂 Can you feel the shift?

The air is changing.
There’s a different scent beneath our feet.
The leaves are beginning to gather on the ground.
The evenings are slowly drawing in.

Autumn is quietly asking us to let go. When we slow down enough to notice what is happening around us, we become more present to what is happening within us too.

This is why I love living seasonally.

At each equinox and solstice, I pause. I take stock. I notice what has been, what I have gathered, what I need and what I’m ready to release

At the Autumn Equinox, I’ll be gathering a small circle to do just that.

Movement, reflection, journalling and ritual. A space to honour the season that has passed and consciously prepare for what comes next. Plus time to connect, share and simply be together in circle, with tea and homemade seasonal goodies.

At our Spring Equinox workshop, we planted seeds of intention. 🌱

Since then, I've been watering mine daily, and it's been a powerful reminder that what we water grows.

As we approach the Summer Solstice, it's an opportunity to pause and reflect on what you have been watering and what you want to nurture through the season ahead.

Join me for 'Radiant Roots', a morning of yoga, breathwork, meditation, journalling, intention setting, and reflection as we honour the Summer Solstice and align with the energy of summer.

Don't just rush through the season. Step into it with intention 🙏

When life feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming…

may you lean into something stronger than yourself 🌳

Today I found myself standing beneath an oak tree, gently leaning back into its steady, rooted support.

A reminder that strength isn’t always about holding everything on your own.

Today, I needed to feel supported by something bigger than me.In yoga, we call this resourcing which is connecting to what helps you feel safe, grounded, and held.
It might be your breath, the earth beneath your feet, a steady rhythm of movement, or the quiet presence of nature 💚

Without resource, it can feel like living with shallow roots and being easily shaken, drained, and trying to hold it all together. But when we return to the breath and to the body can build something deeper. A system within us that knows how to find support when things shake.

Today I’m letting my roots reach a little deeper into the soil.

Sharing this in case you need a gentle reminder that you don’t have to hold it all alone 🤍🙏.

What can you lean into right now and how do you resource?
