Our Dance for Parkinson’s sessions have been a wonderful space for movement, connection and laughter.

Together, participants explore gentle seated movement, music and simple dance routines — building confidence, encouraging flow and finding different ways to move according to how each body feels on the day. There’s time to create, practise and have fun, with a shared cup of tea at the heart of each session too.

This short film offers a glimpse into the warmth, energy and sense of community that has developed in Elgin. Watch this space for more sessions.

🎉 Celebrating 10 years of Sing, Exercise and Tea!

For a decade, SET has brought older people together across Moray to move, sing, connect and enjoy time together.

Our new film celebrates the people at the heart of SET — the participants whose energy, creativity, humour and friendship have shaped these welcoming community groups.

As we look ahead to our 10-year celebration event in November 2026, we’re taking a moment to celebrate a decade of movement, creativity, connection and community. 💜
