What an incredible couple of days of racing at the INWA Nordic Walking World Championships 2026 in Lahti!

Here is the medal table from the 5K, 10K and 20K age-group races.

Spain leads the table with 15 gold medals and 29 medals overall, while host nation Finland has collected the most medals in total with an impressive 36.

Congratulations to every athlete who has reached the podium, and to everyone who has represented their country here in Lahti.

And we’re not finished yet. Today we have the 4 x 5 km Relay, followed by the 5 km Finlandia Fun Nordic Walking event to round off the Championships.

Good luck to everyone taking part today!
