Our annual safeguarding staff training tonight. Every 2 years the staff do an in depth online safeguarding training. Every year we do an in house safeguarding training that is tailored to our team. Tonight we started with a general safeguarding Kahoot (Well done to Ruby for winning), then we looked at the EYFS reforms regarding sleep, eating and screen time. We looked at acronyms and what they mean, we discussed types of abuse and how to respond. Always striving, always learning, always putting children at the front of what we do.
