❗️Important notice❗️

Morning all! Some of you may already know but I have been suffering with some health issues over the last few weeks which have taken a bad turn over this last week.
Over the course of the next week I’ll be heading in for various scans and hospital appointments, therefore whilst I will do my upmost to honour this weeks lessons please be aware I may have to make some changes dependant on my health and/or appointments this week.
I really hope that I recover quickly and we get to the bottom of the issue however if I have to take any time off please be assured I will bring in another coach to support you all whilst I’m out of action!
I hope these measures are very temporary and things are back to normal soon but I just felt at this point I should make everyone aware.
Thank you

Kate ❤️
