A home setting - providing a friendly, welcoming, child-centred environment that offers high quality, flexible care for babies and children aged 0-5 years. I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) which sets standards for the learning, development and care of children from birth to five years. I provide a safe, supportive, happy and inclusive home learning environment and it is my priority
to ensure that each child in my care feels valued. I offer a variety of opportunities and experiences that are play-based, relevant and fun - lots of opportunities that enable children to follow their interests. I work in partnership with mums, dads and carers to ensure each child’s learning and development is promoted and extended and to make certain each child receives high quality care and attention that meets their individual needs. I have experience of caring for children that have special educational needs. I am approved to offer '30 hours free childcare for working parents' to eligible 3 and 4 year olds and 15 hours 'free play and learn for two year olds'. My qualifications include:
• BA (First Class Honours) Degree - Childhood Studies
• CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education
• QA Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid
• Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
• Level 2 Safeguarding Processes
