On Wednesday 4th January, we took 37 very excited children to Sheffield Arena to take part in the Young Voices Concert. They sang alongside 4000 other children from schools all around Yorkshire. Their behaviour was impeccable and they were a credit to the school and their parents. Their enthusiasm, singing and dancing was enough to lift the roof. We all had the best day!

Never mind Lewandowski v Messi, all the best football action yesterday was in the Featherstone Pyramid Y3/4 competition hosted by Featherstone Rovers. St Thomas’ were very impressive, channeling their inner Lionesses and Lions to end the day happy and glorious with the champions trophy! More importantly, we are proud that our pupils embodied the School Games values of passion, self-belief, respect, honesty, determination and teamwork. Congratulations everyone!
