✨ Hello 2026! ✨

The D-Dee’s team kicked off the new year with a very special day out in London, celebrating together, laughing lots and making memories before the fun begins again.

We are so excited to be welcoming our little people back tomorrow and can’t wait for a term full of fun, friendships and meaningful connections.

And 2026 is extra special for us… this year we celebrate 30 years of D-Dee’s 🥹💛
What an incredible milestone, made possible by the most amazing children, families and team.

As we close our doors for Christmas, we want to take a moment to say thank you to our wonderful children, families, and community.

This term has been filled with laughter, learning, cuddles, muddy boots, big feelings, tiny triumphs, and so much love. We are incredibly proud of our children and deeply grateful for the trust you place in us every single day.

To our amazing team – thank you for your care, commitment, kindness, and unwavering dedication to keeping our children safe, happy, and thriving. You are truly special. 💛

We now pause, rest, and recharge, ready to return refreshed for a brand-new year full of fresh adventures and opportunities.

🧦💙 Odd Socks Day at D-Dee’s! 💛🧦

Last week our children proudly wore their odd socks to help raise awareness for Down’s Syndrome — celebrating that we are all unique and wonderful in our own ways!

Our activities were all about socks! We matched and hung them on the line, played a fun “What’s in the Sock?” game, and explored the numbers 2, 1 and 21, as Down’s Syndrome is also known as Trisomy 21.

A huge thank you to all our families donating and supporting our cake and bake sale. Together, we raised almost £300 for 21 Together, a Kent charity who do incredible work supporting children, families, and one of our very own D-Dee’s families on their journey. 💙💛

We’re absolutely thrilled to share that Lea has achieved a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating once again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Her passion for providing our children with nutritious, home-cooked meals shines through every single day from hearty cottage pie to mango chickjen and that famous D-Dee’s red pepper and sweet potato pasta that disappears in seconds! 🍎🥕

The children adore her food, plates are cleared, tummies are full, and smiles are plenty. Lea always goes the extra mile to make mealtimes a calm, happy, and healthy part of our day. 💛

Please join us in congratulating Lea for maintaining such an exceptional standard not just in her kitchen, but in the love, care and attention she pours into every meal. 👩‍🍳💚

🎉✨ Happy Birthday to Our Wonderful Nursery! ✨🎉

Today we cerebrate our 29th year of love, laughter, learning, and little footsteps filling our rooms with joy. 💕

Every day, our children remind us of the magic in small moments — the first words, the curious questions, the proud smiles when they discover something new.

Behind all of this are our incredible staff — a team full of warmth, patience, and care. Their dedication, creativity, and kindness make our nursery not just a place of learning, but a home away from home. 🌟

To our children, families, and staff: thank you for being part of our nursery family. Here’s to another year of nurturing hearts, inspiring minds, and creating memories together.

Today we have partied with hats, balloons and ribbons dancing to our favourite songs.
