Today was a little bit bitter sweet. 🥺❤️

With Erika starting full-time school tomorrow, we squished in one last Intergenerational Session together.

I’m going to miss my little sidekick at work SO much. 🥹

I feel like I’ve only just got used to her coming along to just a handful of sessions each month… and now there will be no more!

From tomorrow, I’ll be heading off to all of my care homes on my own, without my little partner in crime by my side. 🥺

It feels like such a huge change. I’m not sure I’m quite ready for this next chapter, but I know Erika is! ❤️

She’s so ready to take on this next adventure, and I couldn’t be prouder of her.

So here’s to our last little work adventure together, my Juney. 💕

I’ll treasure all of these memories forever.

YOU!! YOU are your child’s biggest influence!

Have you ever sat back and watched or listened to your little one and thought…

“WOW… that is SO me!” 😂

Yep. That’s because your little one is constantly watching you. Taking everything in. Learning from you. Copying you. Becoming you!!

And that’s exactly why, when we ask our grown-ups to fully join in at Little Movers, we really mean it! 🙌

Because your child will learn SO much more from seeing you participate than they ever will from watching you cheer them on from the sidelines.

When you dance — they dance!
When you sing — they sing!
When you get silly — they get silly!
When you have fun — they learn that movement, connection and joy are something to celebrate!

So don’t worry about looking silly.
Don’t worry about getting the moves “right”.
And definitely don’t sit on the sidelines thinking “this is their class, not mine!” 😂

Get involved. Get silly. Dance like nobody’s watching!!!

Because your little one IS watching YOU… and they think you’re amazing. 🥰
