Step into 1998 and meet six very different women, brought together by a self-assertiveness course at their local Adult Education Centre. As their stories unfold, this funny, moving and thought-provoking brand new one-act play explores sisterhood, personal growth, love, pain, trauma and the choices that shape our lives. With moments of laughter, sadness, honesty and hope, these women discover the power of empathy, understanding and connection and that sometimes, the people who challenge us most can teach us the most about ourselves. A heartfelt celebration of women, resilience and sisterhood, with strong language, plenty to make you laugh, moments to make you think, and stories that may stay with you long after the curtain falls. Book your tickets and join us for an evening of laughter, emotion and unforgettable human connection.
A brand-new one-act play, written by a local playwright and brought to life by a talented cast of local women.
