A wonderful day representing Rock Choir at Kedrion Biopharma’s Wellbeing Exhibition!

We’re proud to run a regular workplace choir here, and it was fantastic to spend today meeting so many members of staff and sharing how singing can support wellbeing, confidence and connection.

Alongside the exhibition, we also hosted a fantastic choir workshop led by our talented leader, Sally. It was wonderful to see colleagues coming together, many trying Rock Choir for the very first time, and discovering just how uplifting singing as a group can be.

Surrounded by an inspiring room full of professionals from across the wellbeing sector, it was a great reminder that looking after our health isn’t just about the physical. Music, community and shared experiences all play a powerful role too.

We’ve been celebrating with a fantastic wellbeing singing workshop for BMS Group in the City of London this week.

Tom hosted an uplifting session full of energy, laughter and feel good singing, bringing everyone together through music and wellbeing. We were delighted to hear the client say the team “really enjoyed it and would do it again”, which is exactly what Rock Choir Collective is all about.

Singing together is such a powerful way to boost morale, reduce stress and create connection in the workplace, and it was wonderful to see everyone throwing themselves into the experience.

A huge well done to Tom for leading such a brilliant session.

We recently took part in a wellness festival held at the beautiful DeVere Horsley Park estate. Rock Choir • Choirs led by Tom George delivered a talk on the wellbeing benefits of singing, and ran a workshop.

Rock Choir Collective offers workplace choirs that are fun, inclusive, and proven to improve mood and productivity.

Today, for the first time in many years, I did something a little different 😃⭐️

I attended a breakfast networking event in Glasgow organised by Scottish Women in Business and I had the pleasure of meeting nearly 30 women from a huge variety of backgrounds. I also enjoyed talking about my role within Rock Choir and the opportunities we can provide organisations with wellbeing in the workplace. This was a really great way to chat informally and make local connections.

An early start but worth it in the lovely surroundings of Maison by Glaschu in Princes Square ☕️🥐
