I just wanted to say thank you to my wonderful Year 6 children at William Cobbett who gave me some beautiful cards and gifts at their last French lesson with me yesterday. They are an amazing group and I have loved every minute. Some of the children I have taught since year 1 and feel I know them all very well now. It was a very emotional lesson. Thank you all for your support for all those years - it has been a great pleasure to teach each and every one. Please do keep in touch and I will always be pleased to help if it is needed.

Welcomed back the year 6 children yesterday at William Cobbett with another reading exercise and some vocabulary revision from way back. Without exception they read beautifully tackling words they were not familiar with and all with beautiful pronunciation. I am so proud of them all and their dedication. Well done one and all 👏🏻

Fantastic lesson with Year 6 children at William Cobbett Juniors yesterday. We had an impromptu ‘marché’ with some fruit and veg I brought in and the children then ordered from what was available. Their knowledge of fruit and veg is now fantastique! Well done to all!

Salut à tous. Happy new year to you all and I hope you have all had a lovely Christmas break.

Welcome to the new term! 🇫🇷 It is lovely to welcome all the children back and new ones too, and hear all about their summer holidays, in French of course! Many children have started with new books and I am looking forward to inspiring the children during this term. À bientôt.
