We’d like to say a huge THANK YOU to Stuart Loveland Cooper for so generously volunteering his time and van to collect a large load of Year 1 furniture for us.

Your kindness, generosity, and willingness to help have made a real difference, and we truly appreciate your support. It’s people like you who help our school community thrive, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Thank you for going above and beyond, Stuart – you’re an absolute star!

🎉 Happy End of the School Year! 🎉

What a brilliant year it has been!

We ended the year with a wonderful celebration, recognising the many achievements, successes and, most importantly, the incredible students who make our school such a special place.

A huge thank you to our amazing students for their hard work, kindness and enthusiasm throughout the year. We are so proud of everything you have accomplished.

A special mention goes to our Year 6 pupils as they prepare to begin an exciting new chapter. We wish you all the very best as you move on to secondary school. Take with you the confidence, friendships and memories you’ve made here—we know you’ll go on to achieve amazing things, and you’ll always be part of our school family.

Thank you also to our fantastic staff for their dedication and commitment, and to our wonderful parents and carers for your continued support.

We are especially grateful to everyone who has supported our school community by donating to our mufti days, contributing to our Summer Fair, volunteering at events, and purchasing items from our school wish list. Your generosity and support make a real difference and help create even more opportunities for our children.

We wish all of our families a safe, happy and relaxing summer break. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another exciting year in September! ☀️🌻

What a fantastic time our Year 6 students had at their Leavers’ BBQ! It was a wonderful evening filled with laughter, great food, and lots of fun memories.

The water fight was a huge hit, and it was brilliant to see even the staff getting involved!

A huge thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who made this special event possible, especially those who gave their time to cook a delicious BBQ for our students.

Only two more days to go... ☀️

For many children, the excitement of the summer holidays is building. Alongside the excitement these final days can bring uncertainty, mixed emotions and overwhelm.

Changes to routines, saying goodbye to familiar adults, and wondering what September will bring can feel like a lot.

This photo was taken during Neurodiversity Week, but the message is one we carry with us every day: not every struggle is visible.

Over the next two days, we'll continue to provide reassurance, predictability, and a listening ear, helping every child finish the year feeling safe, understood and celebrated.

If your child is finding this transition tricky, please know they're not alone. Together, we'll help them take those final steps into the summer holidays with confidence.

💜 Every child deserves to feel seen, supported and valued 💜

A huge thank you to one of our parents, Mr Aston from British Airways, for taking the time to speak to our Year 6 pupils about his career as a pilot. The children were fascinated to learn about a day in the life of a pilot, how aircraft work, the forces involved in flight, fuel consumption, and the ways the aviation industry is working towards a more sustainable future.

Mr Aston also shared that from the age of 13, young people can join the Air Cadets, an excellent opportunity to develop skills, gain experience, and begin to understand the mindset and discipline required for a career in aviation.

There were plenty of fantastic questions and lots of enthusiasm throughout the session. Perhaps the fact that surprised us most was hearing that Mr Aston had once transported a tiger in the aircraft's cargo hold!

Thank you, Mr Aston, for inspiring our children and giving them a fascinating insight into the world of aviation.

In an age of apps and satellite navigation, it could be easy to assume that map-reading skills are becoming obsolete. However, today Bullfinch proved otherwise. The children explored the historical importance of maps, practised the accuracy needed to locate places and interpret map symbols, and, most importantly, discovered the satisfaction and enjoyment that comes from successfully navigating using a map. 🗺️

A huge thank you to Farnham Heath End for inviting our Year 5 and 6 pupils to watch their fantastic production of Shrek Junior. All of the children and adults had a brilliant time and thoroughly enjoyed the show. What a wonderful experience for everyone involved!

A huge thank you to Sam from Papaya for coming in to speak with our Year 6 pupils about screen time and developing healthy digital habits.

One question Sam posed was: "What did people do before the internet?"
The responses were brilliant, but my personal favourite had to be: "Touch grass." 🌱😂

A wonderful session that got everyone thinking about how we spend our time online and offline. Thank you, Sam, for sharing your expertise with us!
