Gong hei fat choy! Happy Lunar New Year. We learned to ribbon dance and danced a dragon parade through the school to bring us good luck. We listened to stories about the Chinese zodiac. We were also given lucky red envelopes by Wilhelmina and Aonghas. What a fantastic celebration to learn about.

What an incredible day! Our Christmas treat from the PTA this year was a circus skills event. We were visited by Tim Serious who gave us a show and then became teacher Tim and taught us some fantastic skills. Lots of fun, laughter, excitement and our learning tool sticking at it in action!!! You were all fantastic!
Reception Class went on a winter walk today and you will never believe it, they found someone very famous in his Churt grotto! He even had a gift for everyone.

Forest school is our favourite time of the week and despite dreadful weather last night the sun was kind to us today. Look at our amazing forest! We are so very thankful.
Fox Class enjoyed a really amazing school trip to a fantastic place in our local area. We learned so much and met a man who had cycled from Paris to London on a Penny Farthing! Thank you Rural Life Museum we had a brilliant time.
What a perfect picnic and super sports! You all showed that you are “good sports.”
You cheered for everyone and used encouraging words for each other. We love the water relay race!
We all enjoyed our moving up afternoon this week. We are looking forward to the next step in our learning journey. Our new Rabbit Class children came to play too!
