Our Upper School Indoor athletics team, participated in the county finals this afternoon at Guildford spectrum. They secured a fantastic 7th position out of 11 participating schools from across the county.

The children displayed exceptional competitive spirit and sportsmanship throughout the tournament, cheering on their teammates and showing respect to atheletes from other schools.

Well done to all involved!

We are thrilled to announce that the Waverley Abbey Swim Team achieved a remarkable second place out of nine schools competing in the district swimming gala yesterday.

The Lower school children displayed their swimming prowess in 25m events and relays, while our Upper school children participated in both 25m and 50m individual events as well as the relay races.

We are very proud of the children’s dedication and team spirit which shone through in every race!

Their hard work and talent in the pool truly paid off.

We are always looking for different ways to inspire our children with their learning. We would love to be able to utilise Kindles in the classroom, particularly when we are sharing the same book. If anyone has any old working Kindles (or other ereaders!) that they would be willing to donate to us at school we would be very grateful to accept them!
