It's nearly time to Dance Your Butt Off! We are sent a Welcome email to all participants.

Here are the main details;

INDEPENDANCE takes place This Saturday 23 April

Registration takes place at 12:45pm. First class starts at 1pm.

We ask you to please follow our simple guidelines;

• Please do a lateral flow test the day before / morning of the event
• Arrive changed and ready to dance
• Bring snacks and drinks with you, plus knee pads or leg warmers & a matt for the stretch class.

A massive thank you to everyone who attended INDEPENDANCE yesterday. What a great afternoon!

How good did it feel to attend a face to face dance event again! For many of us, it has been at least 18 months in the waiting.

Your energy was amazing - we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

A big thank you also to Jo Ali, who travelled down from Leeds to be our guest presenter. She delivered two exceptional classes!

Sadly we have to move our June INDEPENDANCE event with Jo Ali to Sat 12 December. If we are not allowed to run the event in December, we will run it on Sat 12 June 2021.

If you have booked, then we will automatically transfer your booking, however if you would prefer a refund, please private message us

We will dance together again and when we do, it will be bloody fabulous!... but until then, please stay safe and hope to see you in December, if not before!
