A huge thank you to everyone who attended INDEPENDANCE yesterday. We're still enjoying the afterglow of such a wonderful day!

We never take your support for granted and truly appreciate the commitment, energy, smiles and friendship that each of you brings. It was fantastic to spend the day together and celebrate everything that makes our INDEPENDANCE community so special.

A special thank you to Jo, our guest presenter, who delivered two magnificent classes. Jo, you always leave us feeling inspired and capable of achieving anything. Your passion, encouragement and teaching are truly appreciated.

Thank you also to Steve for providing the music and capturing the day so beautifully through his photographs and videos.

We hope you enjoy looking back through these photos as much as we enjoyed creating the memories. We can't wait to see you all again in May.

Take care and thank you again for being part of our INDEPENDANCE family. With love Helen & Karen ❤️ xx

Here is Kat’s second dance, “Latin Funk” — and it absolutely lived up to its name! 🔥💃

Full of attitude, rhythm, energy and fun, this routine had everyone smiling and completely immersed in the music from start to finish. Kat has such a brilliant way of making choreography feel exciting and accessible at the same time — her energy is infectious and her passion for dance shines through!

How much did you love this one?! 😍

Thank you again, Kat, for bringing so much fun, warmth and talent to INDEPENDANCE this year ❤️
