Feeling nervous about taking part in an exercise class isn't uncommon, and news flash... it's ok!
If you've wanted to take the first step but aren't sure how, go to any of our venues across the UK and chat to one of our friendly instructors. They'll welcome you with a smiling face and explain exactly how it works. If you turn up 10 minutes early, they can talk you through how the class runs, some of our core moves, and how to make the workout YOURS, with adaptations for each fitness level.
Even if you don’t stay the whole time, and even if you can’t do a whole lot... just know that step of putting your activewear on and getting to class is enough 💖
This slower paced class is PERFECT for beginners that want to gain confidence on the trampoline before trying some of our higher intensity class!
Equally, if you’ve been coming a while and would like to focus on your technique and strength... this is the class for YOU!

BARBELLS is our 45 minute fast-paced, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean and defined via resistance and using very light weights alongside high repetitions. - Select a 'Single Session' ticket PLUS the 'Class Pass' option to kick off your 6/10 sessions.
- Choose your remaining classes whenever you like within your 30/60 day period - the booking system will remember that you have a Class Pass and will deduct the session from your Pass until either all sessions are used, or the Pass expires.

T's & C's when amending bookings...
• Changes can only be made up to 24hrs prior to your booked class time.
• The new class must be within 60 days of the initial class.
• You can only amend session of the same value, at the same location.
• Bookings can only be transferred once, not repeatedly.
To move any class you've booked simply:
1. Go to your email booking confirmation
2. Click on View Booking
3. Ticket Options
4. Transfer
5. Select date and click Save to confirm the transfer

((BOUNCE)) is mini trampoline fitness founded in 2014 by Kimberlee Perry, brought to life with the main aim of making fitness fun and more accessible for everyone!
Together with Chris Perry they turned it into a franchise business, continually opening studios up and down the UK and across the world.
Routines are performed to banging tunes in a welcoming, motivating, environment. We encourage a social space where you can make friends or even bring your children along while you workout too - we're proud to have pioneered the 'child-friendly' fitness movement and pride ourselves on operating an inclusive FUN FRIENDLY FIERCE nightclub vibe to impress you!
((BOUNCE)) improves weight loss up to 3 times faster than floor-based exercise due to the addition of gravity and g-force, it builds core strength quickly, is a cellular workout and detoxifies the body efficiently thanks to the lymphatic system being pumped as we jump. There's oodles of scientific research on the health benefits but most impressively, we're aiming to lose 700 calories per session and have fun... that's what trampolines were made for!
