Well... I'm super excited to be collaborating with Frensham Heights and providing self care skills workshops starting with Year 13 pupils in the next couple of weeks!😁
This will be using the Functional Reflex Therapy framework 🌈 and will be a great tool and life skill for these young people to have to reduce feelings of stress and creating a sense of calm 🤲

This is such good timing in light of the increase in children and young people's mental health too. I feel very privileged to be able to offer this support 😊 👣
We are here and so is Her Majesty! A fantastic room full of Unseen Artists, please do come and see us if you can, 19/20 Feb, 10am-5pm, Long Kiln Gallery Farnham Maltings Frensham Heights

Adam Buxton comes to the Aldridge Theatre on Sunday, October 3rd. This is just the start of an exciting new direction for the Aldridge Theatre at Frensham Heights as it opens itself up more to the local community.
To coincide with its publication, join comedian and podcast host Adam Buxton as he talks about and reads from his new book, Ramble Book as he embarks on a UK national tour.
It incorporates rambles on topics including parenthood, formative cultural influences of the 80s, confrontations on trains, wet dreams, boarding school trauma, The Adam & Joe Show, dead Dads and David Bowie.
The evening will include both funny and serious moments and some questions will be answered, maybe even some VERY big ones. To be honest, that’s unlikely, but it should be fun anyway.
Aldridge Theatre – Sunday, October 3rd, 2021.
Start time 19:30
Running Time: 2 x 45min plus interval.
Tickets £19.50 plus booking fee

"It's a very powerful way of modelling in real-time, within your classroom, the nuances of social media which until now has been impossible to do."

A big thank you to Paul (teacher at Frensham Heights and Natterhub Ambassador) for his kind words!
We've had some serious rain over the last couple of weeks, but that didn't stop long term friend of Knoydart Anthony Gilbert Salaman and his buddy Tom from joining us for a volunteer Draughts Board maintenance session. As you know, we built the board with our friends Frensham Heights in June 2019, and blow torched the black squares. The board is weathering surprisingly well, but the blow torching had faded and tree debris was pushing the squares apart. Thanks to Gilbert and Tom for all their hard work, it's great to see the board looking so bright again :)

On one of the coldest nights of the year so far, Frensham hosted their first girls football match. The team worked really hard against a much older opposition and played some excellent shots. We didn't come away with a win but were delighted with this first fixture and the commitment our girls showed. We hope there will be many more to follow.
