NEW Aqua HIIT next week!!
News…..
As The Little Swim Club is moving premises I will no longer be teaching my Aqua Fit class there on a Wednesday. I would like to thank everybody who has supported the class over the past 10 years, I really hope you can join me at one of my other venues.
I am not taking any holiday over the Summer as I will probably take a longer holiday towards the end of the year. I will, however be taking the odd day/morning/afternoon off.
Next week on Friday 31st July, I will be taking the evening off, so 7.30pm Aqua HIIT at Nuffield Farnborough will be covered by Heather.

URGENT UPDATE!! Nuffield Farnborough have needed to close the pool this evening due to issues with the Chlorine! No 6.45pm Aqua!
