Over the Weekend some of our staff and former students assisted a local Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (The Surrey Open) tournament with their First Aid provision.
Throughout the day we dealt with a broken thumb, a few sprains and strains, damaged ribs, concussion, unconsciousness and a deep laceration to the eyebrow.
It was a great tournament, with some great competition, and a some good hands on experience for those in attendance.
If you'd like to book some first aid training for your team, staff, or yourself, that is based on experience, then get in touch.
