Here are our Christmas dates for this year, for both online and in person lessons.

There may be slight variations depending on when your tutor is working but if you don't hear from us, this is when we are closed.

Hope you all manage to have a decent festive season despite the crazy world we are living in at the mo!!!

So pleased to announce that WE ARE OPEN!

Environmental Health at Rushmoor Borough Council have confirmed that we are allowed to stay open, and that you are permitted to travel to us for lessons.

If anyone would prefer their lessons online then of course that's possible and of course those already having onlone lessons are unaffected by any of this.

Updated information on the .gov site yesterday has unfortunately made our school even more of a grey area. The new legislation underpinning the government guidelines does not require us to close, however the guidelines (which are guidelines and not law) clearly state you can not leave your home for extra curricular activities such as 'music tuition'.

So we can open but you can't travel to us!

The ISM (Incorporated Society for Musicians) has the clearest guidelines, with their in house legal team trying to unpick what the situation is, and while also seeking clarification from the Government because it's not clear and somewhat contracdictory.

With this new information I am very sad to say that for the few students who had returned to in-person lessons, until things are clarified either way we are going to have to suspend all in-person lessons.

We can of course continue with online lessons for those who are happy to.

Many appologies for the short notice, the guidelines clearly had nothing indicating we might be affected until yesterday 4th November so we couodn't have informed you any sooner.
