If I’d done my homework before I drove 2 hours it wouldn’t have come as such a shock in the First Timers Welcome to hear that this was the UK’s hilliest parkrun. It was hard! That said, I’d definitely rank it as a ‘must do’

Ticking over with some minor ‘one & done’ runs. Severn Bridge parkrun today, starts in Wales, run over the Bridge into England, turn around and run back to Wales. Downhill on the way back!!

Found another use for all that training!! The hardest parkrun in the U.K. After our week long training camp in Morocco last month Sam and I decided it was time to tick this one off the list.
