This nursery is located in Faringdon but there are Busy Bees nurseries wherever you need them.

You'll find them nestled by universities, tucked close to train stations, attached to hospitals, and snuggled down quiet streets in towns and cities, perfectly placed for drop-offs and pick-ups. Some are based in small, cosy homes, others in office buildings - and we even have one in a converted church. 97% are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted or equivalent. Every nursery is as unique as its children, but whichever you choose you can look forward to the exceptional quality childcare, NHS accredited food menus, enriching curriculum and exciting environments that give your child the best start in life.

Sky’s the limit! 🪂 Louise & Evie from our Busy Bees Coventry Allesley Green took to the skies to raise money for BBC Children in Need 🥰
10,000ft up with plenty of supporters cheering from below. And one VERY nervous jumper! 😂
Louise loved every second… Evie? Not quite so much!🤣
But they absolutely smashed it, raising an incredible £2,400+ so far! 🎉
👏 We’re all SO proud of you both!

And there’s still time to donate… Every penny helps, head to our stories to support 🙌🏻

Did we miss any? ⭐️

These little gold star moments show independence, communication, confidence, resilience and social skills that happen naturally throughout their day, ALL woven into our Bee Curious Curriculum from their very first day with us ❤️

24/09/2026

👀 We followed some little hands throughout their day… here’s a little bit of what they got up to…

Painting? Yep.
Rolling? Of course.
Page turning? Obviously.
Having fun? ABSOLUTELY.

And what might look like “just playing”?
👀 It’s actually learning, experimenting, creating, problem-solving and becoming more independent 🥰

Meet Rebecca, one of our lovely practitioners!

Confidence, communication, resilience, independence and social skills are all part of growing, learning and getting ready for life.

In honour of back to school week, we thought it only fair to throw back to some of our first day of school pics (before we were the ones behind the camera 😭) Thank you to all of our parents who made the trips into the loft, it’s worth it we promise 🙋‍♀️

What’s your fondest first day of school memory?

01/09/2026

We’re so proud to see our very own Jenny Shaw live on this morning sharing her expert insight on the ‘invisible skills’ that play such an important role in children’s development…

Confidence, communication, emotional resilience, independence and social skills ❤️

These skills can often be overlooked when the common focus is on academic milestones like reading, writing and maths, but they play such a vital role in helping children navigate school and life way beyond.

That’s why they’re woven throughout our Bee Curious curriculum from a child’s very first day with us - all through the art of play!

School readiness is about more than letters and numbers, it’s about giving them the skills to thrive from those very early years 🥰

How many can you recognise in your little one? ☝️
The skills you can’t always see are often the ones that matter most...

At Busy Bees, we nurture these invisible skills from the earliest years through our Bee Curious Curriculum, helping little ones build foundations that last long beyond nursery. 🐝

Because it’s not just about getting ready for school. It’s about getting ready for life.

And when they’re learning, growing and building the skills they’ll carry with them, you know they’re exactly where they should be. ❤️

📣 Come and see it for yourself during our Open Week, 21st - 25th September. Book a visit at your local Busy Bees nursery via the link in our bio 🐝

The first five years of a child's life are crucial to their development! 💕

With the right guidance, care and love, they will build healthy foundations, which will have long-lasting effects in their adulthood too.

We're proudly supporting National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) campaign, which aims to encourage everyone to understand how early years education impacts the first five years of a child’s future.

NDNA's campaign aims to:

🐝 Increase understanding of the importance of early childhood education.
🐝 Better the perception of the early years workforce as educators of young children 0-5.
🐝 Address the recruitment and retention crisis.
🐝 Boost the positive feedback the workforce receives about their work.
🐝 Support the uptake of early years places within settings.

The children from Buzz and Bumble have really enjoyed exploring our Dino Land. 🦕

We spent lots of time talking about the different dinosaurs and what they might like to eat, noting the difference between carnivores and herbivores. It was a great opportunity to explore a variety of different textures and materials and get a little messy!

We finished the activity off by reading some of our favourite dinosaur stories together. 📖
