We help our apprentices grow both personally and professionally.

All of our apprentices in our academy take part in baking and cooking lessons, where they also learn about healthy eating and the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

We also offer finance and IT lessons, helping them build essential life skills such as managing money, budgeting, and developing confidence with technology.

Our aim is for every apprentice to leave the academy not only as a highly skilled professional, but also with valuable life skills they can use both inside and outside of work.

A week in the life of Lily at Hopscotch Apprenticeship Academy 💛✨

From working hands-on in the nursery rooms to dedicated learning time at head office, Lily is building her confidence and skills every single week.

She spends time supporting children in her setting through play, mealtimes, outdoor activities, and creating fun learning experiences, whilst also having set time to focus on her apprenticeship learning and development.

At the head office, Lily joins the other apprentices at the academy to learn together, share experiences, and develop important skills for life.

This week, the team took part in a cooking session as part of their Skills for Life training 🍴✨

Along the way, Lily has built strong friendships with her team and fellow apprentices, making her journey even more rewarding.

With support from Grace, our apprenticeship and training mentor, and The Childcare Company, she continues to grow both personally and professionally.

We love watching Lily thrive on her apprenticeship journey 🌱
