The front paper of the Bucks Herald in 1998 has a picture of a young Ellen White, who had been banned from playing in a boys football league.

24 years later, she has 113 England caps, the record for most goals scored and a European Championship winners medal.

She never gave up 🙌

I spent some time at the end of May at West Ham United Academy facility on my UEFA B coaching course.

I spent 10 days with a great bunch of people and supportive tutors. Looking forward to putting in the work & gaining further knowledge to help develop my 1 to 1 clients and leading me into new opportunities in my coaching career. 💪

Announced his retirement from football in 2019 citing struggles with mental health as one of the reasons.

Uses his platform to encourage those struggling to for support, helps players adjust to life after football and openly speaks about mental health battles.

It never gets easier - you just get stronger 💪🏿

I'll always aim to be honest about my journey so far, in the hope that it helps other young players understand the highs and lows of the professional game.

Going on loan is an excellent opportunity to show to both your parent and loan club what you’re all about and really make an impression. 💯
