Clean for Teams is an entry-level workshop / webinar series for those wishing to experience and move into Systemic Modelling work. And last week in our latest Systemic Modelling Rolling Programme we had many previous Clean for Teams students join us! This morning we're sharing new dates with Caitlin Walker facilitating for our upcoming Clean for Teams courses with morning (7.30am-11.30am BST) and afternoon (1pm-5pm BST) sessions to hopefully support those living and working in different time zones to us.

Neurodiversity, Masking & Me - a one hour free taster
Ahead of my new course, ‘A Rough Guide to Neurodiversity and me’, starting November, I will be hosting a free 1-hour introduction to "Neurodiversity, Masking and Me", with Jennifer Moore. Our theme being "`Masking, for you, is like what?".
“To ‘mask’ or to ‘camouflage’ means to hide or disguise parts of oneself in order to better fit in with those around you. It is an unconscious strategy all humans develop whilst growing up in order to connect with those around us.” - Dr Hannah Belcher, author of Taking off the Mask
The structure of how we mask, when we mask and the purposes behind it are diverse, intricate and idiosyncratic.
This taster is an opportunity for each of us to uncover and share what we’re like when we are and when we are not ‘Masking’. It’s an opportunity to learn from each other’s lived experience, rather than from theory or advice.

Clean Learning is a neurodivergent-led organisation; we model diversity in teams and how to make reasonable adjustments at an interactive as well as organisational level. This taster hour is designed to give a flavour of a longer course exploring the neurodiversity across one group, and will explore our patterns of processing, preferences, rights, requirements and responsibilities. In that longer programme, masking and unmasking is just one of several themes we’ll explore, including how we make sense in-the-moment, how we work at our best and at our worst, and how others can support or hinder this.
To book, simply click the link. If you don’t already have a Clean Campus account, the RSVP process will prompt you to make one.

Understanding the Structure of Shame and Humiliation.
Does shame or humiliation impact your life? Are you interested in finding out more about the structure of your own shame and how it differs or matches colleagues? Would you be interested in being part of a research project into the structure of shame and humiliation and how it impacts mental health?
If your answer to these three questions is yes – or even maybe – you might like to join us for a free 1-hour introduction into The Structure of Shame and Humiliation with Treesje Verlinden. The longer course is part of some research that Caitlin and Treesje are engaged in and so although this taster is completely free and won't be recorded, the longer course will be recorded, anonymised and data submitted as part of the research process.
To book on the taster, simply click on the link and if you don’t already have a Clean Campus account, the RSVP process will prompt you to make one:
