Itโs the small moments that matter most - the care we show, the way we listen, the way we show up for each other.

That idea still guides us today.

๐ฑ๐World Environment Day!๐๐ฑ
On Friday our babies took a wonderful step toward a greener future by planting seeds and learning the importance of caring for our environment. Through this hands-on activity, they discovered how small actions can grow into something beautiful and beneficial for our planet.
By nurturing these seeds, our young learners are also nurturing responsibility, patience, and a love for nature. Together, we can inspire the next generation to protect and preserve the Earth for years to come.
๐ฟ Every seed planted today is a promise for a greener tomorrow๐ฟ

๐๐*Library Trip*๐๐
Today some of our younger Pre-Schoolers enjoyed a trip to the local library.
The children walked to the library using our new reins holder. Along the way, we sang songs and talked about what we could see in our environment. ๐๐
One child noticed, "There's flowers growing in that soil!" ๐ท๐ป This sparked a lovely conversation about what flowers need to grow. The children eagerly shared their ideas, shouting out, "Water, seeds, sunlight and soil!" ๐ง๏ธโ๏ธ
At the library, a friendly library worker organised a special story time just for us. The children joined in with a story song and confidently demonstrated all the actions. They then listened attentively to a wonderful library story. ๐
To finish our visit, the children had the opportunity to explore and build with Duplo, encouraging their creativity and teamwork. ๐งฑ
The trip provided a fantastic opportunity to develop the children's communication and language skills, understanding of the world, listening and attention, and confidence within the local community.
We are incredibly proud of how well the children represented our setting throughout the visit. They were polite, enthusiastic, and listened carefully to instructions. It was also wonderful to see the joy they brought to the local community, with many people smiling and waving as they heard us singing on our journey to and from the library. โญ๏ธ๐
