We look forward to teaching students a traditional Martial Art and are rewarded by seeing them benefit from the many benefits that training has to offer. We aim to teach students to develop these fundamental karate principles:

Respect: towards parents, teachers and society. How to have the ability to defeat the bully without necessarily fighting. Independant studies have shown that Goju Ryu Karat

As we head into our 2 week break, let’s not forget to congratulate Imogen (who had her moment photobombed by Willow!) and Amber. Both received our Student of the Week before taking a well earned rest.

It’s that time of year again and we’ve had several parent requests for a small break during the summer holidays.
This not only give parents and students a little break but also our amazing Senpai instructors.
Therefore we’ll be closing for the last week of July and the first week of August.
The dojo will return to normal classes on the 11th Aug & throughout all other dates in the holiday period
Go enjoy a well deserved break and let’s regroup fighting fit and raring to go.

Well done to our awesome infant & Junior contingent of the Academy that braved the heat for their grading on Friday.
We took some pictures but sadly not as many as usual (well do better next time).
Results and the Graduation ceremonies will take place next week in class.
Parents, friends & family are all welcome to come celebrate the children’s achievements.
